GuruConnector Network Consultancy and its
partner company Zivylin LLC are in the process
of building a worldwide network that will
encompass many business verticals and
geographic locations. We plan to build
a total of 50 sites/companies over the
next year. I wanted to see if this these
contracts enforceable internationally
and what states nationally in the US. Also,
we would want to use for partner/affiliate
programs as we roll them out. We are also
establishing a series of non profits and
I would like to get input on using for that
purpose as well.
Regards,
David

Hi Derrick, we plan to launch Tractis on September 2007.

Yes, that's exactly the idea. The contracts created with Tractis will be enforceable in a court of law. We are starting with contracts signed with digital certificates in countries where the law acknowledges electronic signatures as legally binding. More authentication methods (with different levels of enforcement) and countries will follow.
